  • Sales Overview: Total sales, payouts, and tickets issued.
  • Top Performing Coordinators: Highlights highest sales.

Agent/User Management ▼
The Agent/User Management module in the STL Backoffice allows administrators to manage system users, including agents, coordinators, and other roles. This also includes commission per agent.
    Roles
  • Admin:This pertains to the STL Owner that has full access to the system. Overall project overseer, ensures regulatory compliance and financial management.
  • General Coordinator (Regional Manager): Manages STL operations at the regional level, overseeing multiple municipal coordinators.
  • Coordinator (City/Municipal Manager):Oversees kiosks/agents in a municipality, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Outlets:Accounts assigned to physical outlets in various community.
  • Agents:Has direct communication with players on the streets that handles bets and transactions. They operate within specific area but are mobile within their designated areas.
Admins can monitor all sales and transactions from this dashboard for better decision-making and compliance tracking.

The Game Management section allows admins to create, update, and manage STL games. Admins can add new games by entering details like name, description, payout ratio, number range, and required combinations. Games can be set as active or inactive.
  • Create & Configure Games:Admin can add new games and modify existing ones based on specific game mechanics and requirements.
  • Enable/Disable Games: Easily activate or deactivate games as needed.
  • Set Multipliers & Payout Ratios:Configure payout structures to determine winning amounts.
This feature ensures flexibility in managing games while maintaining control over payouts and availability.

The Draw Management section lets admins schedule, track, and manage lottery draws. Draws are categorized as Pending, Scheduled, or Completed, showing real-time statuses, cutoff times, total bets, and amounts.
  • Schedule Draws:Set and manage draw times in advance. Access scheduled draws, including the number of bets, total wagered amounts, and draw status.
  • Post Draw Results: Admins can post draw results by entering the winning numbers and uploading an optional result image. Once submitted, results cannot bechanged, ensuring accuracy.
  • Draw Results:This page displays the latest outcomes, filterable by date and game. Posted results are marked as available, while pending draws await updates.

❖The Sales vs Payouts section compares total sales and payouts, highlighting net revenue.

❖Admins can also view a ranked list of Top Performing Agents, showing revenue, commissions, number of bets, and performance trends.

    • Navigate to the STL Betting System website or app on your device.

    • Username: Input your assigned username in the provided field.
    • Password: Type in your secure password. The password field is masked for security.
    3. Forgot Password? (If Needed)
    • Click on "Forgot password?" to initiate the password recovery process. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
    4. Sign In
    • ClickClick the "Sign In" button to access the system.
    • If the credentials are correct, you will be redirected to the Agent Dashboard.
    • If login fails, ensure the username and password are correct or reset your password if necessary.

    • Commissions: View earnings from commissions based on bets placed.
    • Draw Result: Access and review draw results.
    3. Graphs
    • Total Bets Over Time: Displays a graph showing the betting trends throughout the day.
    • Game Distribution: A pie chart that breaks down bets across different game types.
    4. Logout Button
    • Located at the top right corner. Click to securely exit the system.

    • Use the search bar and filters to find previous bets by ID, Date, Schedule, or Game Name.
    2. Selecting a Game
    • Agents can place bets on the following game categories:
      • 1. STL SWER3 – A three-number lottery game.
      • 2. STL SWER2 – A two-number lottery game.
      • 3. STL PARES – A paired-number lottery game
    3. Draw Schedule
    • Each game displays the next draw schedule, ensuring the agent is aware of the upcoming draw times.

The Pick Bet Combination section allows agents to manually select numbers or generate random numbers using the Quick Pick option. Additionally, agents can select a bet amount or enter a custom amount before adding the bet to the list.

    1. Selecting Bet Numbers
    • Manual Selection: Tap on the numbers to choose a combination. The selected numbers will be highlighted.
    • Quick Pick: Click "Quick Pick" to generate a random number combination.
    • Clear: Click "Clear" to reset the selected numbers and choose again.
    2. Selecting the Bet Amount
    • Preset Amount: Choose from preset bet amounts:
      • ₱10, ₱25, ₱50, ₱100, ₱150, ₱250, ₱500, ₱1000
    • Custom Amount: If preferred, manually enter a specific amount in the input field.
    • Max Bet Restriction: The system enforces a maximum bet limit (e.g., ₱50 in this case).
    3. Adding the Bet to the List
    • Can add multiple bets per ticket
    • Once the number combination and amount are selected, click "Add to Bet List" to save the bet before finalizing the transaction
